Video: Hearing: Graham Questions OMB Acting Director over Obama Budget Proposal

During a Budget Committee hearing, Senator Lindsey Graham questioned Office of Management and Budget Interim Director Jeffrey Zients on the President’s 2013 budget proposal and lack of solutions to solve our long term fiscal problems. Graham specifically asked questions on the President’s plan to make Social Security solvent, and whether or not there were Medicare subsidies for millionaires in the President’s budget.
